Dr Angeline Wong graduated from Murdoch University in Australia in 2005 with a degree in Veterinary Medicine and Surgery and started her career with a small animal practice. She then explored her interest in pathology with the governmen lab for a period of 4 years where her work includes post mortem examinations, cytological examinations, disease investigations and facilitating animal health programmes.
She has completed post-graduate course in medical oncology (2011) and soft tissue surgery (2014) with CVE Sydney. Currently, she is doing a course on low stress handling as she hopes to make the vet visit a pleasant one for the pet patient or at least not more fearful the next time.
She believes in patient care with focus on evidence-based medicine and strives to achieve that with continuing education and keeping abreast with current recommendations.
She is adopted by a beautiful cross-breed dog that found her on the road. She enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and crafts.
